Galaxy API

Galaxy is an open-source scientific workflow system designed to make research more accessible, reproducible and transparent. Galaxy manages the software tools and data associated with post-processing of large scale experimental and simulation data performed at national facilities. The Galaxy API enables users to programmatic access to the Galaxy platform enabling users to automate tasks and carry out more complex actions than are possible using the web interface.
